I created Nurse Log Notes in May of 2020. It went live on 2020-05-10. It took me awhile to get things up and running but I was greatly helped by Anne-Laure Cunff, not only where I learned the concept of the Mind Garden but then followed her tutorials to build this site using the pre-release of Tiddlywiki (5.1.23).
